Tammy Kemp, DNP, RN, NEA-BC

Dr. Kemp is a visionary innovator with over 30 years of operations experience in the clinical setting. As a board certified healthcare executive, she served as the “Clinical Champion” for a multi-hospital EMR implementation and optimization alongside numerous large scale technology implementation projects. Based on her extensive work in informatics and predictive analytics, she was awarded the Virginia Nurses Foundation Excellence in Leadership-Nursing Informatics Award. In addition, Dr. Kemp loves to spark and inspire the creativity of the next generation by serving on various technology boards and teaching multiple business, analytics, and graduate nursing informatics courses in the university setting.

Richard Hammer is an executive, enterprise architect, and business process specialist, with 30 years of experience in technology and business. He loves building and directing agile, high velocity teams which develop global, multi-lingual, multi-tenant, multi-platform SaaS offerings. He has a passion for problem solving of any sort and a long term strategic vision. He cares deeply about the people he works with, the community he serves, and the problems he solves. He has worked with VCs and Angels in business plan development and analysis, team building, technology mentoring, and technology / architecture due diligence.
Jordan White
Chief Design Officer
Jordan is a designer and developer with a bachelors in Computer Science (minor in Industrial Design) from Virginia Tech and a masters in Interaction Design from Simon Fraser University. He enjoys finding simple and visually beautiful solutions to problems. He has a breadth of experience in both the design and development of hardware and software products. He has published design research at the top international academic conferences (CHI and DIS).
